The Urban Apostles have developed an original health & safety curriculum, with a practical means of teaching and insuring a high probability of child retention, upon exposure.  Faced with the complex traumas of Gangs, Drugs and Violence in our disenfranchised communities, it became necessary to develop a realistic means for achieving both of our primary objectives (exposure & retention). 

 

         With those goals in mind, we set out to develop a curriculum in a format and style that would

 

1. "Fun 2 Learn" with an easy means of application.

2. "High Retention" with credible and measurable outcomes.  

3. Establish a fundamental base to launch future prevention/intervention services.
